Schedule Today operates in the same time zone as the computer/device you use to post shifts.
i.e. If I am located in eastern standard time (EST) and scheduling for mountain time (MT), I will need to either adjust the shift start and end times to match mountain time (-2 hours) or alternatively, I must adjust the time zone of the device I am using to post shifts.
