Schedule Today allows you to share shifts with team members from other facilities within your parent company. Contact your Customer Success Manager to set this feature up.
Once this feature has been set up the process is automatic, any posted shifts will be first shared with your facilities workers then with other facilities workers. By sharing the shift with workers who are also employed by your parent company you increase the likelihood of filling your shift(s) faster and with a worker who is already trained on your company's policies and best practices.
