Create a Call Out Shift with Allowable Overtime

Schedule Today allows scheduling customers to create call out shifts with allowable overtime (OT). Schedule Today will take into account your team members' schedules when notifying your staff of call out shifts (this feature is only available to customers who have subscribed to Schedule Today scheduling). When creating a shift with allowable overtime Schedule Today will notify all team members of the call out shift, including those who would potentially go in OT. Schedule Today does not notify your team members that this shift includes allowable OT. There are two ways to create a shift with allowable OT on the Schedule Today platform:

  1. Using the Create Batch Shifts page
  2. Or on the Schedule page
