No! Team members are instructed to contact their supervisor if they can no longer work a shift they have been scheduled for.
Scheduler(s) have the ability to release the team member from the shift they are not able to work. For instructions on how to release a team member from a shift click here.
When released, the shift is automatically sent out to team members as an open shift.
